One of the things that I didn’t talk about in the Building a Budget for Wealth webinar is the supplies that I personally use/have used to get my budget in order.  I put together this quick video for you to be able to see a couple of things that will make your life much easier when it comes to record keeping and initially tracking your expenses.  As with all posts, I trust that you will leave questions and comments here so that we are able to answer them for you!

Definitely love the desk pad idea…”see at a glance”….I already use the folder system; however in order NEVER to be late or accidentally miss a bill, I have 4 folders for bills to be paid….Bills due 1st week of the month, 2nd week of the month 3rd week of the month, and 4th week of the month. For those months with 5 weeks I have a bills due 5th week of the month also. With all the modern technologiy available to us, there is still nothing as safe as pen and paper. Thanks David for everything you do.

  2. That’s a great idea. I’ve been doing this since the 90’s. Only had late fees when the economy started to go down hill back in 2000 and trying to sort things out. Being a former Assistant pays off w/organizing, just have to have the tools is the key and the upkeep. THANK YOU !!!!!
