I saw a variation of this spaghetti and crab recipe on TV this week and had to try it. It was so simple and if you use a low carb pasta (not wheat pasta) such as *Dreamfields it's healthy too. If you don't like shellfish chicken will work. The original recipe used only lump crab but that's just too expensive so I changed it up a bit.
