Well I had a gain this week.  It’s not surprising since I went a couple weeks not working out while I was sick and I admit I wasn’t really watching what I was eating… oh well! I’ll chalk it up to a learning experience and get back to it!!

Last week I put out a call for help to find easy healthy recipes.  One great tip I got from Wizard Michele was to check out www.livebetteramerica.com.  I have found some great recipes here.

These are some that will be on the upcoming menus.  I will let you all know how they turn out.

Pineapple-Glazed Chicken Breasts- Thirty-minute dinner for two! Add tropical twist to grilled chicken breasts with juicy pineapple.

Pork and Sweet Potato Kabobs- Rosemary infused marmalade adds a great flavor to this delicious pork, sweet potato and zucchini kabob – perfect when you want dinner to be ready in 15 minutes.

Spinach-Mango Salad- Feast your eyes and appetite on this juicy fruit and greens delight, with tropical flavors! A light and delicious side ready in just 10 minutes.

Strawberry-Melon-Spinach Salad- 10 minutes to the table! A sweet citrus dressing complements this colorful salad.

These are just a few.  As you may be able to tell I like fruit!  They really do have some good articles on this site.  I highly recommend taking a little time and checking it out.
