We try to eat clean - it's difficult, but we do the best we can. There are so many additives in food products today, it's scary. We have cut all dyes out of anything in this house. It's scary to see that there are refined sugars, processed syrups and dyes out the ying yang in everything - even in our kid's vitamins!
