BBQ Chicken Pockets

Looking for something quick and easy for the Big Game coming up in a couple weeks? Check out these BBQ Chicken Pockets. Not only are the easy to make, but they are delicious too. There will be no fumbles with this recipe, only touchdowns!

BBQ Chicken Pockets Ingredients:
  • 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chopped chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 16 refrigerator biscuits

BBQ Chicken Pockets Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 400-degrees (line a baking sheet with parchment paper for best results).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and BBQ sauce until well blended.
  3. Add the chicken and cheese and stir to combine.
  4. Using your fingers, stretch out each of the biscuits then add about a tablespoon of the mixture into the center of the biscuit.
  5. Fold the dough in half, pinching the edges to seal. Bake until golden brown and serve warm.
