Be Save During Hurricane Irene - Praying Wizard

Dear Wiz Kidz:

Just a quick note from us here at The Coupon Wizards. If you’re in the path of this terrible Hurricane Irene storm this weekend, or on into the week, please take care of yourselves and know that all we Wizards will be thinking of you and praying the impact will be minimal! Those of us in Florida know all too well how scary these hurricanes can be, so if you need any advice or moral support, post a message and we’ll try to help. In the meantime, we’ll be waving good vibrations over you with our magic wands 🙂

Be safe and check in from time to time and let us know how you’re doing!

Sincerely,
Your Wizards

New to the Coupon-Wizards?

Are you new to The Coupon Wizards? I’m a one woman blog, but I work tirelessly, day in and day out, to find you the best deals. Both couponing deals and online bargains! This isn’t Extreme Couponing, it’s Effective Couponing! There is a method to my madness as well. Not only do I find sales & deals for you, but in doing so, I find sales & deals for me too. It’s a win win 😉 Plus I’m able to teach others to do this at the same time, which I love!

I started following The Coupon Wizards after doing some research on the subject, with a little prodding from a friend, and coming across them on Facebook. I was hooked immediately & started to learn quickly. Mostly out of necessity, but also because I loved everything about it. The organization, the researching, the putting together of deals, but most of all, the savings! I was saving my family money to pay those bills & be able to eat all at the same time. This blog was a life saver; literally! In no time at all, I was a blogger myself on the site. My husband has since found a job, but this is now mine and I love, love, love it and hope you will to. Let me know what you think in the comments.

Until next time, shop happy 😊
~Michele

  1. I was born & raised in New Orleans, & I lost my home there in the Katrina aftermath. If your local officials (or your gut) is telling you to get out, please do not hesitate. No house/property is worth it, ever ever EVER. Life & family FIRST. Sending my prayers…

I’m on the east coast of FL. Missed us, my son and daughter-in-law are in NC. Praying for them and everyone else.

  3. I’m in Virginia Beach. I live fairly close to the ocean. During Hurricane Isabel we had the local PD use boats to get around downtown. Crazy stuff. I’m ready Irene, just don’t blow away my coupons! 😉

  4. I grew up in Texas and have been through a couple of hurricanes. Most my family still live there and when Ike hit my mother, brother and two uncles lost everything, my mother even had 2 boats in her yard and no one knows where they came from but praise God no lives were lost! Nothing is worth staying for, just like Gayle said, get out!! I will be praying for these families!
