No Fry Buffalo Wings

Nothing says football like Buffalo Wings! I especially love this recipe because they aren’t fried. Not only do I not own a deep fryer, but baking them makes them just a little bit healthier. Add a little light ranch on the side and Mmm, mmm!

Buffalo Wings Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted Butter
  • 1/4 Wishbone Italian Salad Dressing

Buffalo Wings Directions:
  1. If not already done, cut apart wings and drumettes.
  2. Add salt to large pot of water and bring to a boil.
  3. Boil chicken in water for 9 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 450.
  5. Dry chicken with paper towels and place on a rack on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Turn each piece and bake an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Combine butter, hot sauce and dressing in a large bowl.
  9. Take wings from oven and place in sauce and toss to coat.
  10. Serve with celery and blue cheese or ranch dressing.
