Training Update Training Update: Training for this half marathon is like taking 5 steps forward and 15 steps back!  I have started seeing a chiropractor/physical therapist for my migraines and so far I have seen a small improvement.  The trade off is that I am sore most of the day and then the following day from the work the therapist is doing on my shoulder and neck.
