Chicken Wings Using Boneless Chicken Breasts

Chicken Wings Made Easy For A Super Bowl Treat

Chicken wings are my favorite, one of my weaknesses actually. I love them anytime, but especially during the Super Bowl. Wings go hand in hand with the big game, right?

What happens when you don’t have wings, but you have some boneless chicken breasts? Well, you make “fake wings.”

Ingredients for Boneless Chicken Wings
  • 3-4 Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  • Flour (season your flour with your favorite seasonings)
  • Vegetable oil
  • Hot sauce
  • BBQ Sauce (optional)
  • Butter


First, cut your “chicken wings” out of the chicken breasts. Using a very sharp knife, cut into about 1 -2 inch cubes. Then get 2 bowls, one for your egg and milk mixture, and one for your seasoned flour.

Fry your chicken for about 5-10 minutes or until done. While your chicken is frying, you want to grab a couple of plastic bowls with lids. In each bowl, add your hot sauce and BBQ sauce and just about a tsp of butter in each bowl. The butter part is optional, if you like more heat with the hot ones, add a smaller amount of butter, or none at all.


Once your chicken is done frying, add it to the bowls of BBQ sauce or hot sauce. Put the lids on the bowls and shake around to coat all the chicken in the sauces. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes, give one more good shake, then serve on a serving platter!

These are so good! This is an excellent way to make “fake” chicken wings when you want a quick meal for the big game or just a quick meal for any day of the year! You can make as big of a batch as you want, just adjust the amount of sauce you use to make sure there is enough to coat all of the chicken.
