Here is a delicious and easy Steak Seasoning that will make any steak melt in your mouth! I have already made some of this up and used it and all I can say is YUMM!! I had to wait until now to say it only because I had no words when I was eating.

Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground coffee
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Cow Boy Steak Seasonings Application:
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • Cowboy Seasoning Mix
  • Olive oil
Directions:
  1. Drizzle the steak with olive oil, then generously coat with seasoning mix (you need about 2 tablespoons per side minimum).
  2. Drizzle with a little additional olive oil and massage in the mixture. Place the meat in a resealable bag.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to marinate and up to overnight.
  4. Bring your grill up to high heat. Cook the flank steak for 5-6 minutes per side (for medium rare).
  5. Let the steak rest for 5-10 minutes covered with tinfoil to keep warm. Slice thinly against the grain and serve.
