Crock Pot French Toast

What an amazing breakfast this would be. Plus, it could not be easier! Combine and start early in the morning and be ready for Breakfast or Brunch. I love French Toast, so this is a winner in our house.

Crock Pot French Toast Ingredients:

TOAST:

  • 1 loaf French Bread
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sugar


TOPPING:

  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup softened Butter
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Pecans
Directions:
  1. Cut bread into roughly 3/4″ thick slices.
  2. Mix together all topping ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  3. Spray the inside of your 6 qt. crock pot liner with non-stick spray.
  4. In another bowl beat together eggs, milk, cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
  5. Place a layer of bread into your slow cooker. Then top with a layer of topping. Repeat for remaining layers. 
  6. Pour egg mixture over the bread.
  7. Cook for 4 hours on low.
