Easter Egg Tulips and Hydrangeas

This looks so pretty when finished. Always wonder what to do after you color an Easter egg? Now you can gather up a few and make this gorgeous arrangement!

Easy Easter Egg Arrangement Supplies:
  • 6-8 large stems of hydrangeas
  • 12-18 stems of tulips
  • a couple stems of filler greens
  • one large, deep vase. The one we used is about 14 inches tall and 8 inches wide at the mouth
  • plastic Easter eggs, the type that can be opened and filled. You may use as many as fits comfortably in the bottom of your vase without overcrowding the flowers. We used ten in two different sizes and three different colors.

Easy Easter Egg Arrangement Directions:
  1. Hold each egg in the water and let it fill up before snapping closed. Be careful with the following eggs not to bump them open.
  2. When all of the eggs are filled, give the ends of the flowers a quick trim before setting in the vase.
  3. We placed the hydrangeas around the perimeter of the vase and then filled in the center with the pink tulips and a few pieces of the filler green leaves.
  4. It is best to add in more water daily.
