Fried Dill Pickles

If you love pickles, you are in for a treat with these! Try these Fried Dill Pickles and experience delicious pickles in a whole new way!

Fried Dill Pickles Ingredients:
  • 12 oz Hamburger Dill Pickles
  • 1 1/3 cup Cracker Crumbs (about 1/4 lb)
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Vegetable Oil (for deep frying)

Fried Dill Pickles Directions:
  1. Drain and dry pickles.
  2. Mix together cracker crumbs, flour, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and water.
  4. Heat oil, in a large pan or electric skillet, to 350 – 375.
  5. Dip pickles in egg wash and then flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
  6. Place in hot oil (avoiding over crowding).
  7. Fry until golden brown and pickles are floating on top.
  8. Remove and drain on a paper towel.
