Homemade Buffalo Chicken Hot Pockets

These homemade buffalo chicken hot pockets are one of my children’s favorite meals. They are quick, easy to make, and delicious. Great for game day or dinner on a busy night.

Hot Pockets Ingredients:
  • 1 & 1/4 lbs pre-cooked chicken (I microwaved mine with a little salt and pepper, but you could boil it or use a rotisserie chicken too)
  • 8oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 Buffalo wing sauce (you can add more or less to taste)
  • 3 Small canisters of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
  • Ranch dressing
    Pin It Button
Hot Pockets Directions:
  1. Lay crescent rolls out on cookie sheet (do not separate the 2 triangles- leave them as rectangles).
  2. Pull the chicken into small bite size pieces and put into mixing bowl.
  3. Add cheese and wing sauce.
  4. Mix well by hand and put onto 1/2 of the crescent roll.
  5. Drizzle a little ranch dressing on top.
  6. Fold the other side of crescent roll over and pinch edges together.
  7. Cook according to directions on crescent roll package.
