St Patrick’s Day Mint Blondie Bars

These Blondie Bars look amazing! I love chocolate mint, but I also love vanilla so these Blondie Bars are two treats in one. The fact that they’re perfect for St Patrick’s Day makes them just that much better!

Mint Blondie Bars Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup Butter
  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Green Mint M&M’s

Mint Blondie Bars Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a 9×13 Pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.
  3. Place butter and brown sugar in a medium sized saucepan and heat.
  4. Stir constantly until smooth.
  5. Cool for 5 minutes.
  6. Add Eggs one at a time. Stir until incorporated.
  7. Add Vanilla.
  8. Add Flour, Salt, Baking Soda and Baking powder until combined.
  9. Add half Chocolate Chips.
  10. Add half M&M’s and stir.
  11. Transfer mixture to prepared pan.
  12. Add remaining M&M’s and remaining chocolate chips.
  13. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  14. Allow to cool until slightly warm.
  15. Remove from pan and cut into bars
