Pink Chocolate Covered Cherries

Two ingredients. Four steps. These Pink Chocolate Covered Cherries couldn’t be easier to make. Perfect for your Valentines or, let’s face it, as a treat for yourself!

Pink Chocolate Cherries Ingredients:

Pink Chocolate Cherries Directions:
  1. Spread a piece of parchment paper out on your work surface.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth.
  3. Holding the stem of the cherry, dip it part way into the chocolate, turning once or twice to be sure it’s coated. Gently tap off the excess chocolate, then place on the parchment paper. Repeat until the chocolate is gone.
  4. Let the chocolate harden completely – about 1 hour, before moving. Store the cherries in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  5. Chocolate covered cherries are best if eaten within 1-2 days of dipping.
