Weighing In Wednesday- Need Quick Healthy Meal Suggestions

Weekly progress- workouts 2 45 min workouts

Weight- 0 (-6.5 pounds)

Measurements- -11.5 inches to date

So far this week I’ve gotten my workouts back on track. I’m finally feeling better after the 3 round of medications. I have to admit after almost 2 weeks of not working out it has been hard getting back on track. However, I know this is something that I need to do. I am determined to get back on track.

This week I’m in need of everyone’s help. When hubby is home things are easy. I make the menu and he does the cooking. But, when he’s gone it’s all up to me. I don’t like to cook; I can do it I just usually choose not to. Since I’m trying to lose weight it’s a necessary evil.

I work full time and I like to eat early so I need meals that can either be done in the crock pot or quickly after work, but healthy. Also, since I don’t enjoy cooking the less prep work the better.

It’s a tall order. Are you seeing my problem? I’m tired of salads! I’m seriously in need of suggestions.  If you have any recipes please head over the the Recipe Swap area of the TCW Community and leave it there for me!
