Rabbit Patch Easter Pudding Pie

This so adorable! Children will love waking up on Easter morning to this miniature Rabbit Patch Easter Pudding Pie, complete with little carrots and marshmallow rabbits. They can help make the pudding pie, decorating it as they see fit. Adorn the pie with small signs for a special touch! It will be a fun-filled Easter with this yummy treat!

Easter Pudding Pie Ingredients:
  • 1 pack instant chocolate pudding, made according to package directions
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 12 chocolate cream cookies (such as Oreos), crushed
  • marshmallow rabbits as needed
  • carrots as needed
  • Italian parsley as needed

Easter Pudding Pie Directions:
  1. Spread the chocolate pudding in an even layer on the bottom of a eight inch square baking pan.
  2. On top of the pudding, spread the whipped cream evenly to cover the first layer.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate cream cookies over the top of the whipped cream.
  4. Decorate the top of the layered pie with marshmallow rabbits and miniature carrots. To make the carrots seen in the photo, insert a toothpick into the top of baby carrots and insert pieces of Italian parsley to replicate carrot greenery.
