Sausage Gravy

My hubby absolutely LOVES biscuits and gravy, so I am looking forward to trying this sausage gravy recipe! This simple recipe is the perfect addition to your breakfast or a stand alone with some delicious biscuits!

Ingredients:
  • 8-10 Biscuits
  • 1 lb Roll Pork Sausage.
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
  1. Prepare your favorite biscuits according to their recipe.
  2. Cook sausage and break it up into small bite size pieces as it cooks.
  3. When sausage is cooked add butter and allow to melt.
  4. Add flour to drippings and stir until flour adheres to sausage is absorbed.
  5. Slowly add milk stirring constantly until proper consistency is reached.
  6. Add Salt and pepper to taste.
