  2. Outlet Wall Plates- Purchase some outlet wall plates. These are designed to fit into your electrical outlets to stop the flow of air coming into your home. Do not use insulation, as this is a fire hazard. Once you have the outlet wall plates, remove the electrical outlet cover, and install the outlet wall plate. This should keep the draft at bay.
