  1. Spread a piece of parchment paper out on your work surface.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth.
  3. Dip the Oreo in the chocolate, turning once or twice to be sure it’s fully coated.  You may need to use your finger to swirl the chocolate around the sides of the cookie.
  4. Gently tap off the excess chocolate, then place on the parchment paper.
  5. Add the sprinkles while the chocolate is still warm.
  6. Repeat until the chocolate is gone – you’ll get about 10 cookies from one bag of candy melts, depending on how heavy you use the chocolate.
  7. Let the chocolate harden completely – about 1 hour, before moving.
  8. Store in an airtight container, or package in festive bags.
  9. Don’t forget to hide some in the house for yourself!
